Heres my broken piece. Found a decent replacement. Its warped a little. Whats the best way to flaten these? Cinder blocks and time?

I use a heat gun. The plastic usually bends a little more right before it falls flat. Let it cool while still flat and you are good to go.

I flattened my plastics by sandwiching them between two pieces of arcade cabinet glass and leaving them out in the sun while I worked in the garage.

Shaggy from This Old Pinball says to do what Dokert said.
I'm going to try it soon with all of the plastics on my Capt. Fantastic.

Doesn't really matter, but I would have to say screened side up would be better to avoid accidentally scraping any of the art off.

Cover with washcloth, then iron on medium setting....

Decided to try this one, seems to be working. Thanks. Ill keep the oven trick in mind if I need to try it again sometime.

Another question... Even though my machine is on free play, the match feature is on and I'd like to leave it that way (dont ask me why). What I would like to chage about it though is the knocker goes off and startles me when the score matches. Any way to change this? Dip settings are only allowing me to turn the feature on or off. Seems like the knocker is only used for this feature, can it just be removed?

You should be able to just unplug it.

I also use a heat gun, Once the plastic drops flat I toss a phone book in it until it cools a little. Works great!
