that's the one thing i stay away from. but i usually try to get games for cheap (<$300)

No you don't have a problem imo. if you got the space and money there is nothing to worry about!

I think I might have a problem...I rented a 10x10 storage unit for $90 a month, to store maybe $1500 worth of project games (estimated present value). But it is nice to only have to deal with (and trip over) one project at a time.
