How to ground chassis

The person who once built my cab didn't seem to connect anything to the power outlet's ground. I also see how the chassis only has a two-wire connection.
Does that mean that chassis don't need connecting to ground?

Saying that I did notice that the flyback shield does have what seems like a grounding point...

FYI, I use an isolation transformer and the chassis is a wei-ya 2628HR.

Earth (green-yellow wire in Europe) from the power outlet is alway connected to the chassis ground, i.e. the cold ground or secondary ground of a monitor with switch-mode PSU. The big heat sink around the flyback in your pic is such a ground.
 
Many thanks, thought as much. Quite incredible that the company who built the cab hadn't connected this at all!
