How to get the most out of your Uhaul rental.

I recently made a deal to buy an operators monitor hoard. It was supposed to be 100 complete pieces. It ended up being 60 something, but still a lot to haul.

With a 3 and a half hour trip one way, I needed to do it in as few trips as possible. So I came up with a plan. Rather than use my 16 foot open trailer, I would rent a Uhaul like I usually do.

A simple plan and works perfect. I cut 2x4's the width of the trailer and laid them on the side boards of the interior walls. Next I cut OSB for the floor. And wham-bam...levels. The first pics are of Uhaul model AV and the last an RV.

That is awesome. Before I saw the pictures, I was thinking along these lines, but you actually did it.

Thanks friend, sometimes we gotta improvise. I see you are in Missouri, that's where the pictures were taken...Branson, kind of
