Then Report your findings in a post as this will help us help you more.
If you cannot test, replace, solder, etc, then your best bet is to send the board out for repair, before you damage it further.
I don't know how many times I've had to repair a board that someone tried to replace "this" or "that" only to make matter worse, and that makes it harder to repair. Because I don't often get the full story of what happened
