How to cut thick plastic monitor shroud/thing that goes under bezel

I bought a new plastic monitor shroud or whatever you call the plastic peice that frames the monitor and goes under the glass. I have to cut it to fit since it's 25" x 25" and my cabinet is about 24".

What should I use to cut this thing? It's thick, black plastic. Any ideas?

Here's a link to the one I'm talking about: http://www.ebay.com/itm/350490758477

It doesn't show well in the picture but it's pretty thick.

I forgot to send the buyer my size and he already sent it, so I have to cut it myself.

I know this is not plexi but when I cut plexi I have a sharp tool that I use to either score the plastic until I can snap the excess off or I continually score until I cut through the piece. I usually use a guide of some kind so I cut straight. No clue if it would be a good move or not but I'm told by the local plastic shop that they use a table saw to cut their plexi. I'm guessing they use a fine tooth blade.

Plexi scoring knife for a win, Bob!

That's what I used and it worked well.
