How to contact NAVL? Or good shippers for a unpalleted game

I need to get in contact via email (I'm out of the country) to set up a shipment via NAVL, but their website just looks like they do moving services only now. Don't see anything about setting up freight shipments.

That or can anyone recommend another shipper that would not require the game being picked up to be on a pallet? Coinopshippers won't really do it unless on a pallet. Not even really getting any bites on uShip w/o a pallet...

Yes they do a year ago I bought a Circus Charlie from a guy in Kansas and NAVL went into the guys house shrinkwrapped it and loaded it onto the truck with no pallet and delivered it to my house.

LOL you didn't read the full OP, like I said, NO PALLET. So not crated, either. They will do loose games, right?

Who said anything about a pallet? Crated means crated - in a box. NAVL won't touch your shipment unless it's been properly packed.

I ship games all the time. They do not have to be wrapped, the NAVL agent will handle that for you if need be.

Whoops, I already asked for a quote from the Customer.Service email... should I send one to Judy as well?
