I have a Sega dedicated Model 2A cab. I would like to connect my new board Sega Model 2b.

There is some difference with the connections...

Has anyone done this?
Is there an adapter available?

Would like a solution that does not destroy the existing wiring.

Look forward to your replies

Been a while since I've done this, but the connectors are the same. As long as you are dealing with caged boardsets or at least have filter boards, this will work as-is. The connections are just located in different places on the filter board. You can hook the board up with no adapter.

I see that thanks!

My only question left

The Cabinet has two +5 Input connectors

Using model 2 A Filter CN3 is a +5 input with (4 yellow and 5 white wires)
Using model 2 A Filter CN12 is a +5 input with (5 yellow and 4 white wires)

The model 2B filter board has the +5 inputs on connectors CN 9 and CN 10

So I ask....CN9 Does it get 5 yellow or 4 yellow... the other left over connection obviously goes to CN 10 :)

GOT IT!
