How to check B+ voltage?

To give a bit more help... It does vary from monitor to monitor. Once you find where to test the B+ on your particular monitor, take a multimeter and connect the black lead to the chassis of the monitor, and the red lead to wherever the B+ is for your particular monitor.

What monitor are you working on?

I'm working on a hantarex polo 25". The screen had the common issue of the bottom being shorter than the rest, so I went to adjust the vertical linearity and instead adjusted the "Xray prot". Now my monitor doesnt seem to show a picture and what it does show is a distorted/wavy picture. I am wondering if this might have messed something up?

I have moved the Xray prot adjustment all through its range trying to see if it makes a difference and it doesnt seem to.

Chassis has a brand new cap kit on it, but original flyback, HOT, and everything else. Am I on the right track for wanting to check B+?
