Here's some pics of the game. Included with the game is a non-working Tetris and a non-working Hard Drivin' game. You must take all 3. How much cash would it be worth to you?

The biggest problem with Tron games is that every one wants one, but nobody wants a beat one. Everyone wants that ice blue joystick and all the pretty artwork. Given that, this cabinet is much less desireable than a $800 nice looking Tron. I'd put a face value on this Tron of $350. YES. I KNOW. The parts alone are worth blah blah blah. But a person who wants a Tron is gonna want it to be the gem of their gameroom, and artwork ain't cheap on this bastard.

The two non-working games are up in the air without more info. $500 takes all three.

If the dude finds that offer insulting, be sure to tell him "well, then fix up those other two games then find a buyer for both. I'll just take the Tron for $350".

Not $750, I would pay maybe 3-350, but I have no interest whatsoever in Tron.

Yeah I was thinking more like $150 to $200. But then if you can get the other two games working and sell them for $150 each then you are getting close to that.

He's fairly firm on the price though and seems confident that he will get that. I don't know...maybe he will. Although from the pic it looks like it may require moving them all down stairs. Yuck.

$500. but that depends on the tron. does it work 100%? it appears to have water damage on the right side bottom, or it just has t molding peeling off. can't tell.

The front right corner looks like it has some nice swelling. If that's the case, you may be looking at cutting the bottom off like I did. I'd go along with the $300-350...you offer $150-200 and I think you might as well be offering him a dollar.

It's touching one of those Midway multi-game disasters. Instant $300 off the value...

The marquee is also flaking. I wanted a TRON at one point, $800-$1000 would buy a restored one, so I'd say this one is about $400. The art doesn't look too bad, if you could live with it is up to you. If it has water damage though, that isn't easy to repair....

I'm just stunned that you guys would consider paying $350 to $400 for a beast in this condition. I guess he's not to far off then. Maybe he will get what he's asking since the other boxes come with it.

I agree. I paid $400 for my Tron in similar condition but mine has no swelling at all. Also, mine has the original blue stick (but is missing the "Tron" insert, which is a $12 part).

Mine also had a hacked up generic coin door. The mechs were missing and a big rectangle had been cut in it to mount a card reader. (My Tron did time in an arcade some years back.) I had to buy a nice Bally/Midway coin door with mechs off eBay to make the front presentable.

So yeah, $350 tops. Keep in mind that golden era game prices tend to run a little higher where I am (Pacific Northwest) and I still paid only $400 for a Tron in similar condition but without cabinet damage, and that was a couple of years ago before game prices tanked. This is likely no more than a $300 cab elsewhere in the country.

There was a great tron for sale for 400 not to long ago.
Slight techincal issues. Nice looking case. Great looking case..
I find it curious it wasn't snatched up quickly.
