As pictured and includes an additional PCB.

Was told it powers up and works but needs the new PCB installed.

Well, the pics are a bit blurry, but it doesn't look too bad - there's some kind of cover plate to the left of the coin door (probably to cover lock bar holes), and it looks like the coin door lights/reject buttons are missing. If it powers up and works, why would it need the new PCB installed? If it does work and the monitor looks decent, I'd say it would be lucky to get $300 here in Cali, probably more like $250. Make sure and check out the coin door, I bet the mechs are gone as well.

+1 - what's to install, just plug in the new board if it works. All the art looks good, $350-400 if it's fully working, even with the missing coin door stuff. Maybe a little higher if it doesn't have a Matsushita.

The side art looks good from the pics, but the front of the cab was painted black so you can deduct a bit of its value there...

I'd say $200 is fair. Sounds like the owner doesn't know what he's doing, and doesn't want to screw things further by trying to replace the board - understandable. I'd assume that both boards are dead tho.

$200 is ok considering the missing front art and coin door issues. The main thing to check on the Millipedes is the condition of the monitor. Those monitors put the shit in Matsuishita. Once they go they are very tricky to get working again. If it's a game you really want grab it, if not offer him $150 and see what happens.
