My career has us moving somewhat often, I sold off all of my games and game room decor a few years ago except my Playchoice, three moves ago. we moved again this weekend, the Playchoice is in it's 7th home since I have owned it.

Just once. I had 6 or 7 games in my grandfather's garage until I bought my house in September of 2006.

As far as moving them into my basement, I've shuffled my games twice since I put them down there. I may be moving them into another room in my basement, which will put them all in a single row.

2 times. Once a short run between our old home and new home in Morris, and then again when I got relocated to Rochelle. That was easy - it was 1 pinball machine and 1 arcade game. Now it's a LOT more.

Only once so far. It was a massive pain in the ass. I didn't trust movers to do it, so my wife and I packed and loaded them all ourselves, in a 26' Uhaul.

I think at the time we had a little over a dozen machines. Now we have twice that. :S

Luckily, at the destination, @CharlieG was an absolute hero and came and helped us unload them into the new house.

Once. I moved some 15 to 20 games out of my folks house to where I am now last year. it made it super easy actually because I didn't have to move them all at once. It was over a period of a few weeks. It sucked bringing them up the stairs. But luckly everything that isn't a table is on the ground level at this house. So I was able to move them inside by myself for the most part.

Something about this wallpaper and chandelier just don't say "gameroom" to me... :D

Was that the room you moved from or the room you moved into?

Three full house moves since I got my first game. Two of those were corporate moves; after the last one (which wasn't), I'm pretty sure the next time I move it'll be to the graveyard...

minding the topic and facing a similar situation, i sold over half my collection last year and (realistically) need to unload several more.
i've got a couple long-term keepers but beyond those couple, while i'd like to hang on to a few more, the dread of including that on top of all the other PIA details of a long-distance move is pushing me to lighten things up :oops2:
