I guess it depends on how you definite project. I say a project is a game that's not playable or has some issue(s) that prevent it from working. Really if you nitpick hard enough nearly every game can be considered a 'project' to some degree with an endless list of things to do no matter how insignificant they are. That being said, I made a promise to myself and girlfriend that I can't buy another game unless every other one is at least functional. Of course there are exceptions to this rule if something incredible turns up, but I've been pretty good at keeping my word here. I've had Tempest holding me back for a little while now and once it's hopefully fixed next week then all bets are off.
