How Many Projects Are You Working On Presently ??

Working on rebuilding Back to the Future pinball, and trying to figure out why Funhouse won't start a game.

Next on the list is South Park rebuild and Tale of the Arabian Nights (just ordered one of the WPC-95 boards).

Sega Star Trek --> working on fixing the G80 power supply
Space Duel --> Replacing the T-Molding and need to fix a major convergence problem
Tempest --> 6100 has the spot killer on, and I need to put everything back in the cab
Red Baron --> need to find and buy the parts to fix the yoke and rebuild the b&w vector
Star Wars --> I'm beginning to hate amplifone deflection boards . . . . and I need to rebuild the yoke
Battlezone #1 --> Just stripped the cabinet and its getting all the wood fixed and the cab painted
Xybots --> Fixed the XM-2001N monitor and now I think I'm having a PCB issue, might just through this machine up on a fire sale to get rid of it.
NBA Jam --> Need to replace the monitor with my rebuilt 25" WG7000 and clean up the wiring and put it up for sale
Star Trek Pinball --> Getting in another playfield today and I need to move everything other. Thinking about clear coating the heck out of it to help protect the playfield first.

I have way way too many projects.

At present though I'd say I am consumed with two projects:

1) Sinistar Cockpit - trying to gather all the boards to get this going! Just need the CPU?MPU board

and when I'm not capable of making any progress on the Sinistar I am fiddling with:

2) Suiper Space Stranger cocktail - boots to garbage but thanks to a KLOVer I now have the schematic.

In the shop presently.....

Championship Sprint......Finishing up re assembly after full restoration.

Black Widow...... Final wipe down before heading to the arcade..

Centipede....... Finishing up with new side art and green t-mold.

Disks of Tron.... prepping for new side art..

I may as well just say everything I have is an ongoing project. Everything needs something even if it's just new t-molding.

MK1 dedicated (have UMK3 in it too, needs new artwork, faded a lot, needs t-molding and monitor work)
MKII dedicated (nearly pristine, artwork perfect with no fade, needs new CP Plexi, jailbars on screen)
MK4 dedicated (nearly pristine as well, needs new t-molding and maybe new CP Plexi)
Primal Rage dedicated (needs a lot! lol)
Street Fighter 1 dedicated (needs new side art and CP overlay)
Donkey Kong Jr. dedicated (needs new cabinet)
Super Pacman cabinet with icade 60-in-1 (needs fresh paint, coin door lights, t-molding, a little monitor work)
Special Criminal Investigation dedicated (monitor not working)
Altered Beast in Moon Patrol Cab (also have Shinobi in same cab, needs cap kit, flyback, HOT)
Motordome Pinball (needs to be shopped)
Merit Megatouch Maxx (ordered NOS side art, needs t-molding)

Maybe posting this will motivate me today

Spy hunter restore (2 of em)
Tron restore (need to redo paint and assemble)
Qbert restore (ready for paint)
Mame (2 of em, almost done)
Multi mk (where to start..)
Mk 3 dedicated (needs full restore)
Galaga (ready for paint)
2 cocktail 60/1s (waiting on cpo art)
2 tspp pins (working on em slowly)

And my icb is done, just waiting for the new side art to get produced

12 monitor repairs and recaps for various people.

Gauntlet 2 / Quartet 2 in 1 for myself.

Mame cabinet that was previously finished but the 10 year old computer crapped out on me.

Blackout pin.

Star Trek pin.

Space Invaders cocktail.

Electrocoin Space gun cab - wood restoration, and trying to find pcb then see if it actually works!
Champ Sprint Shell- complete rebuild, powder coating, new art, then hunting out the innards as their arent any!
Hopefully another new cab on the way with a monitor fault/untested.

This hobbys a sickness lol

3 monitors to cap.
CP for cabal
CP for fighting cab
Monitor swap for missile command.
Fix sounds on space invaders
Laser ball pin restoration
Planets pin restoration
Code one dispatch restoration
Cap sound board on space bird
Misc cosmetic cab work

Out Run - finishing up control panel rebuild, need to test my boards, put p/s back in. Awaiting repro sideart. I took the gear box apart today and sprayed carb cleaner in it to get all old grease out. Will PACK it with new grease.

Joust - stripped, parts documented, cabinet sanded/repaired and ready for primer and sanding in prep for base coat. Already have oil based paint mixed to match

Paperboy - finished except chassis issue - in limbo

Jungle King - cabinet is repaired, sanded, white primer. Just need to go over the inner/black areas and sand the filler primer on the top, get it fine tuned for base coats

Gravitar - need to finish monitor rebuild and get .093 extractor to repin the mouse piss corroded connectors on the p/s panel. Already swapped everything to a repro panel as the old one was worst I've ever seen

Assault - need to get 5/32 drill bit to redrill pivot ball holes for oversize roll pins, control panel will be nearly all NOS and repro parts except for wiring harness

After those, I plan to hit the Qbert cabinet and knock that out quickly for the wife. It'll go in the house for sure.

Everything I have is a project that needs work

Projects I own solely:

1. UMK3 in a TMNT 4 player cab. Need to find a suitable MK cab to put my UMK3 stuff in and then restore the TMNT.

2. Neo Geo 2 slot in a Joust cab. May leave this as is, but ideally would someday like to convert back to Joust.

3. Mad Planets converted to Ikari Warriors. In the process of converting back to Mad Planets. I still need a main board, sound board, power board, marquee, bezel, and control panel.

4. Ikari Warriors Looking for a Dynamo HS-1 to build out as Ikari Warriors. I have two board sets (one Jamma, one pre-Jamma), a "cut corner" control panel drilled for IW and two LS30 rotary sticks (one is missing parts). So just need the cab, a monitor, bezel, marquee and the missing LS30 parts.

Projects I went "halves" on with a friend. We'll either sell them or fight over who gets to keep what at the end, lol.

1. Centipede. Had no sound, a shakey unstable display, generic green and black checkered CPO and burned up t-molding when we got it. I fixed the sound and monitor issues, installed new t-molding, stripped and painted the control panel. Just need to apply the CPO and it will be done, for now (needs some cabinet work, but that can wait).

2. Two Asteroids. One has no main board or sound board. One has all its parts but has a bad hum and a wavy monitor.

3. Wheels II. A total basket case. Not sure if everything is there or not. Looks like a lot of wiring has been played with and pins pulled out of connectors, etc.

4. Narc. Needs medium res monitor and new side art.
