Just out of curiosity, I tried looking for a list of conversion kits that were made for Pac Man but couldn't find any information. If there isn't a list, here's my attempt to start one based on the kits I remember:

Pac Man Plus
Big Bucks Trivia
The Glob

IF you count the "unofficial" conversions (my favorites) you have...

NewPuck-X
NewPuck2
Hangly Man
Maze Man
the Popeye mod (popeye head replaces pac-man)

I found this pac man cabinet that was converted to "Daytona Speedway". Can't find any info on KLOV. The board uses a pac man board with a different daughter card.

No sure if you're looking for PAC PCB conversions or PAC CAB conversions? If it's the latter, there is an official Nintendo VS Pac Cab conversion kit...

There always Jr.Pac-Man, and both Driving Force and Gunsmoke were issued as Pac-Man specific conversion kits as well.

I was looking for conversions that used the Pac Man PCB board but it would also be interesting to know about the cabinet conversions as well such as the Sente System made for the Pac Man cabinet.

Shoot the Bull
Lizard Wizard
Big Bucks Casino
The Glob
Super Glob
Driving Force
8-Ball Action

Piles of pav variants...

In the same vein as The Glob and Super Glob, Beastie Feastie was also done as a conversion kit. Included a new Marquee, CP and glass bezel specifically sized for a Pac-Man cab.
Of the ones Scotty listed, the only ones I ever remember playing BITD were Hangly Man and the Popeye one.

For the cab, it was marketed for Galaxian cabs (which are similar to Pac) but would probably work for a Pac cab, too....

Yeah, I imagine it'd probably work in Pac-Man too, but Pac-Man's were still probably earning alot of money then ;) (according to MAME, Beezer came out in 82). I tried Beezer, wasn't too impressed with it. Looks to be from the same company that also brought us that fine game of Leprechaun!

Official Nintendo Vs. Conversion:

There was an "official" Nintendo conversion that changed the orientation and position of the monitor in the cabinet?? Seems like a lot of work for it to be an official conversion rather than some OP just making it work in a Pac cab.
