Anyone have a few pics of their vs CP with a light gun?

I have the holder, just don't understand how it mounts to 2P joystick/where joy would be....

Thanks!

Here you go. This is on my dualsystem so I don't know if the bottom piece (3rd pic) is mounted the same as on a unisystem and/or Pac conversion cab.

Great thanks!

I am using a CP like this one -

This is for a DK conversion. In the 3rd pick, the bracket isn't necessary (I believe). Looks like it would screw right to the front wood.

Did you have to drill the CP to have the 4 bolts for the top - where the cable comes out?

Thanks!

I saw this flyer, just don't have an answer for the bolts. I guess new holes in the CP?

Sorry, working a really bad metal show right now. So, the 2 questions:

1- the 4 bolts actually all fit within the hole for the joystick so no drilling required. As far as that bottom piece, I believe it will flip over so the brace goes up instead of down so you can bolt the 2 parts together that way.

2- yes, there is an alarm. When I swap out pcbs from a non-gun game on that side to a gun game on that side if I forget to swap the connector then as soon as the cab is turned on there is an annoying buzz/alarm through the speakers and the game doesn't load. I'm thinking of tying the gun wires together with the joystick wires so that I don't need to flip the connector each time I switch games... Just haven't gotten that far yet

My gun games load with or without the gun attached. Just the annoying sound without the gun.

And I believe there are detailed instructions on how to mount the gun in the gun kit manual. Including screw sizes and any other info.

You're probably right. I questioned that part as I was typing it as it's been about a month since I swapped a gun game in. I wish I weren't working right now. I'd put in some play time on my Vs cab. It has felt neglected lately as I haven't had the time to play it.
