How do you tell which Nintendo power supply you have?

I'm on a quest to eliminate the hum on my DKjr. I recapped the monitor and sound boards with no change. So Now I'm going after the power supply.

Thanks for the help.

i have all the nintendo p/s cap kits with the best caps 105c nichicon and are down right the BEST...:D

I don't think you'll ever eliminate the hum by recapping the power supply or audio amp. You may reduce it. You have to bypass the original amp to eliminate it. If your game is set up right the Nintendo "hum" shouldn't be so loud that it's distracting while you play, but if you listen closely it's there. With a gameroom full of games you'd likely never hear it though. You may also hear faint repeating loops that sound like Mario's jump, and that is coming from the PCB itself.
