How do you guys keep track of high scores at your housecade?

I printed this multiple times on adhesive backed dry-erase sheet...

Awesome thread ...here's a thought

When i finally finish my arcade i would like to do something like this however im a statistics type person so i want to run with this.

top 10 leaderboard for all my games, with name and date. With about 15 games to manage, this would definately be cluttered so my way around that would be to buy a cheap LCD and a cheap PC, Media extender and run maybe a logo of game ---> fade to the champion screen of that game ---> then a top 10 table of that game.

It will be always visable and i like the top 10 because it gives people who dont live here a shot at leaderboarding a game.

I have been doing this ever since I got my Frogger about a year ago. They are little cardstock printouts that I slide inside the marquee bracket. Effective, efficient, and cheap.

I really like the push in letter boards, very retro, but rarely do you see them with people's names, which kinda ruins it. I guess it'd be easy enough to make space for initials.

I have a dry erase board with printouts of all the marquees stuck on, and name and score next to it. It's functional but I'd love to have a really, really nice setup. Just needed something until I got around to making something nicer.

Yes yes! I like that Hyde. I like how it's right there at the machine and is easily updated. Much nicer than my post it idea. I think that plus a score board would be nice. Where'd you find those?

Yeah, it is super easy to update once a score is broken. Great for games that don't save highscores, or any game for that matter. I made these cards about a year ago. I based them off of the ones the Time-Out arcades used to use.

Here is the image, if any of you guys would like to print some out. I would recommend doing it on cardstock. It is pretty cheap but nice and durable.

Wow very cool Hyde! Thanks man I'll probably print and use these :) Can they print out on a dry erase cardboard material?

I write it on the wall :D

(Yes, I know this is more of a low score, but I am not very good at playing games, I collect merely for archaeological reasons :D)

I use an app called Awesome Note to edit an Evernote note on my iPhone with high scores in it. Can get to it from anywhere. I've thought about switching to a whiteboard though.

I was stoked to found this at an antique store last week. I'm leaving the right side how it is and making the left side my high scores board. I need to buy some letters/numbers for it but here's my start....

What a find! That's what I am picking up too, just haven't found one yet. I hope I can find one sponsored by Mello Yello.

Menu board may be free at...

it's just at Little Sweden. Maybe someone would have an easier time getting it out than the Sundance...
