It likely means this is donor-specific.

Only the person who started the conversation can invite more from the first post made in that conversation.
I guess that's obvious?![]()

Just did another round of PM tests and you are correct. As the conversation/Private Message starter, you are the only one allowed to invite others unless you enable the "allow anyone in the conversation to invite others" option before sending your message. What i don't see is a means to change this option AFTER you send your initial private message.
Big thanks to @parism for helping with the tests

Also @DonPanetta... might it be possible to "pull" another participant in by calling them with @u s e r n a m e ?
When you first post a PM, there is a checkbox to allow anybody to invite... it's unchecked by default... but a reference call by the PM initiator might work?

Did you check to see if YOU originate a PM with a member, but you don't check the "anybody can add" button... can YOU, as the originator, call another member into the PM later with an @ call?

I haven't got anything... it must need to be initiated with the "invite" button, as my PMs have remained silent on both those flagstagged you in two separate PM/conversations. One with allowing anyone to invite and one without. If tagging allows invite, you should have seen something by now.

I thought so. I couldn't imagine that the developers of xenforo would allow one to simply tag a user in while simultaneously having an invite button.
