Hey in the next couple days (2022) how do I make the 2022 contribution ? Is it automatic ? If so, how do I tell it how much to take ?

I remember to get in and donate last time (which was my first time and to join) was ridiculously convoluted, and the credit of such is almost wing and a prayer style.

And finally, if it is not automatic, can I set it up to be ? If so how ? I would like to set it up to automatically take the donation once every year on the first. (Jan 1st) for a specified amount I specify.

It'd be nice to allow for "annual" subscriptions to be set up on a specific date you choose for a specific amount. This would help those would want to donate once every year, but less than $60.

So....now that I know how *and* I have been reminded, I just donated. Now I'm a cool kid. I've always known it. But now it's official!

On the link for the donate page it says you can donate via check or m.o. and has a mailing address to do so. Might it be possible to set up your yearly donation as you described through online banking using billpay? Just thinking out loud...

How does one upload a video on a thread, I have tried a couple of different video formats and keep getting this reply but can't seem to read the rest of what it is saying due to the Grey bar covering the words, can someone give me some info.

You cannot directly upload video to the forums as far as i know. You can however upload your video to the Media section and link your video on the forums.

I know you can turn them off in general. I've had them turned off for ages. It's one of the first things I do on any forum.

I have no recollection of that being an option in the old system (vBulletin 3.8), nor do I know of it being possible in this system.

There used to be a check box under the post composition text box that would allow the signature to be included with the post. If you had a signature turned on it would be checked by default but you could uncheck it if wanted. (i.e. replying to a thread on a members passing where some of the signatures would not be appropriate.)
