How do I hook up this Nintendo 120v --> 100v stepdown transformer?

I'd like to add a power cord to it that can plug into the wall and mount it all to a board so I have a portable way to test Nintendo/Sanyo monitors. I'm just not sure where the power cord would go. I believe that the pair of blue wires coming out of it originally went to the power supply, and if so, I wouldn't use those for anything. My guess is that one wire from a 120 VAC power cord would connect to the "0" and the other wire would connect to the "120V" on the terminal block, like so:

Okay, I hooked a power cord to it as shown in the above picture, and then I checked the voltage at the white outlet box. It shows ~110 VAC. This is lower than the ~122 VAC coming straight out of the wall, but it is higher than the ~104 VAC that the outlet in my Punch-Out machine reads.

Is ~110 VAC safe to send to a Nintendo Sanyo monitor?

You have it correct...my DK doesn't have the power switch installed, but I have a wire connected just like you do going into a power strip for now...works fine...probably not the best idea, one day I'll hook up the power switch

Yeah... more important than the voltage is the fact that you are now running it through an isolation transformer... but that does still seem just a bit on the high side. Then again.. it is only 10% above what the monitor requires and engineers usually build in a pretty wide margin.
 
I believe you may have that hooked up back to front, surely that terminal block is used for outputs?

The output is from the white dual NEMA 1-15 socket outlet box. Nintendo Sanyo monitors have a NEMA 1-15 plug, and that white outlet box is where you're supposed to plug them in.

The terminal block is for the AC mains input. Here is a picture I found on Google images:

I was testing this thing again the other day and got strange results. The voltage at the white outlet box (which is fed by the yellow wires) was 108 VAC. However, the voltage at the pair of blue wires (which originally fed the switching power supply) was only 104 volts. Furthermore, the voltage at the terminal block on the terminal labeled "100V" was 100 VAC, and on the terminal labeled "90V", it was 90 VAC:

Why is this thing sending perfect voltages at the terminal block but is sending higher voltage to the blue wires and even higher voltage to the yellow wires?

Also, can someone who has an unhacked one of these tell me which way the yellow and white wires are supposed to connect to the pair of blue wires? Is it like in Picture #1 ...

I know that with it being AC it may not matter, but I'd like to connect them back the way they originally were.
