I had an Eros One cocktail pin, and I did enjoy it, but not the most.
When I bought it, it wasn't working. I sent the board to John Robertson in Canada and he repaired it. Great price and fast turn-around. I'm pretty sure he still does repair them and I think he had the "special" ROMs for them, too.
$350 is not bad price, but not a good price for a fully working one. If it's dead, the price should be closer to $100-$150. When people sell them, I see a LOT of ads saying that the machine is in "mint shape" and that it is rare for a machine that old. BS. Cocktail pins are a dime a dozen to find in VERY nice shape. They were cheaply made, and when on location, they would fail pretty quick. Owners got tired of fixing them, so they put them in a dusty corner somewhere. That's why it is NOT uncommon to find one with low plays and in near mint shape.
If the machine is in excellent shape AND it is fully working, I'd pay $350 for a Foxy Lady. For selling, $400 would be a high end, and $250-$300 would be the low end. I sold my Eros for $400, BUT I also had enough spare parts for it to basically almost build another full machine. I also had a second one which I stripped for parts and then trashed the rest. Now, I just hope the lynch mob doesn't want to hunt me down like they do Todd. Lol!
