My buddy's Popeye occasionally has some blocky, slightly garbled characters, and I thought reseating / cleaning the legs of some of its rom chips would be a good place to start. Which chips should I be looking for? I've been searching around to try and figure this out, but I haven't done much PCB work. Thanks in advance for any advice.

if you look at this board set, they are the chips in the upper right hand corner of the board.
