How can anbody be so Cruel!

Actually considering back in the day SFII was so popular crowds would gather to watch...the dual screen method prolly was great for spectators. I remember watching my brother play on Dragon's Lair's before with tv sets on top of the machine so people in the back could see what's going on. Not saying I agree with the SFII conversion, just saying it was probably driven by finances and practicality.

Yeah, back when SF2 Champion Edition came out, the local pizza parlor had a line straight out of the arcade. The owner told us that the machine cost him $2k, but he made it back in a month.

Some places use to stick a spare display on top of the SF2 machine. It's one of the few arcade games that I can remember truly benefiting from the set up. Huge crowds of people who didn't just want to watch the gameplay, but had a genuine interest in watching the good matches and studying whoever they had to play against (gotta protect that 25 cent investment).

PC10 machine, though, seems way too cramped for Street Fighter. Someone convert it back.

Who in the hell thought that would be a good idea. Really, what goes through someone's head when they rig up a dual monitor SF2. The only thing that could make this more ridiculous is if it was a Super Punchout.

This seems to be very common as the subject comes up a couple times a year. My PC10 was a streetfighter as well. The guy I got it from told me the top monitor was for adults and the lower was for kids...... when I got it and how it is now photos....-Barry

street fighter II is so good that our arcade had 3 machines back in the days....notice how i did not say it was? yea its still good! still makes money up to this day but we sold 2...

jeez why would they do that and wtf? why would he say he got it for $150 if he wants to TRY and get his asking price.....poor punch out....

Turned either a PC10 dual monitor or a Punch out to Street Fighter 2. WHY?????!!!!!

http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/vgm/2285075426.html

Its a pretty poor choice of a cabinet to put SFII in but as stated below, PunchOut made NO money and Street Fighter did. $1500.00 kit paid for itself in less then a month in most cases. For the next 2 to 3 years it was ALL gravy!

I liked wider cabs for SFII conversions myself.

how can 2 big guys play on this cab side by side? its so stupid, just like that one crazy guy on ebay that converted a galaga or pacman cab into tekken 3 and asking like 2k shipped....ugh! horrible!
