Hoop fever HF1000x repair questions

I was given 2 hoop fever hf1000x that has no power to the main pcb. The transformer is giving less than the 7.5v and 15v. Is there a replacement power supply I can use rather than the $500 transformer? Or is there something else I'm missing the light bulbs are working but no power to the main board
