Auction clearly says no PCB is included. I don't see what the controversy is. If it turns out the seller includes it, great, but as far as eBay is concerned they owe you nothing.

What issues? I am leaving the glass and CPO as is, they look decent enough for me. T-molding for sure though.

Decent? Really? The CPO looks trashed. I would replace that at least since it is available and high quality repro. Maybe later down the road with the top glass if money is the issue. Congrats, Drew. I know you are looking for one of these for a while.
