I currently have a fully working Sega Holosseum but want to convert it back to a Time Traveler. I have the Laser Disc Player for the Time Traveler but do not have the Laser Disc itself. So my question is what else do I need to do to convert this back to a Time Traveler. I was told there was some board that I would need but the person had no idea what that board was or what it did. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the one that was on craigslist recently that was beat to hell?

This might be a bit better image for you to consider.... You'll definitely need the disc but try checking on dragons-lair-project.com to see if anyone has one, i'm sure someone has an extra to sell, may even find a pcb.

Looks like TT has two pcbs...

This... main one.

And the display pcb

I will post this here just because the thread is already going now, but does anyone have the display or main pcb board for this game and looking to sell it? If so please let me know.

Thanks for the help so far guys.

I believe Time Traveler also uses a different wiring harness than Holosseum.

Check www.game-restore.com

The guy who runs that site usually has lots of Time Traveler parts available. I believe he has a conversion page as well.

The wiring harness is at the bottom in blue. I think you have to email him about it. I asked him about it awhile back just to have a spare. I can't remember what he was asking, but it wasn't much.

I remember playing this game many years ago, I didn't remember much about the actual game but the 3D look really stood out in my mind. I know it was an expensive game to play, when I was a kid it didn't make sense to spend all my cash on 10 min of game play when I can play for over an hour on other games. Post up some pics when you get a chance.

I saw one of these again at a guy's house a couple of years ago. I remembered playing it, but I didn't remember how big the damn thing is, it's huge. Good luck with your search, I hope you can piece it together.

I really don't want to sell this thing or part it out but I'm not getting any help. Please help if you know of anyone with spare parts.
