Hollywood flavored pop popcorn vending machine

Hello,

I recently purchased 4 of these vending machines and wondering if anyone
is able to help me locate the user/maintenance manuals. Any info on these
machines will help me a lot.

Popcorn-Machine

Was wondering if you got an answer to your question about getting the Holloywood machine to start up? I too am having the same problem and believe it has to have something to do with the dollar reader and coin changer not registering. Also the machine I just purchased has a manual and if you have not yet gottem one I cam PDF it and send it to you if you want. Thanks Pete Shank

I do not mean to hijack this thread or anything, but I have one of these and it is nonworking. I have been wrestling with it trying to get it to work but with no luck. I have a great location for this machine and I really need it in operation.



The light on the front near the coin entry is on, but will not take quarters.

Is there something weird you have to do to this thing to get it to work? If I open it up and press the pump test and the test button to drop kernels and cup, that works ok. For some reason, it will not take any money to start it up.


The board on the thing looks pretty simple. There are a few leds that are on while the machine is on and a few transistors, some chips and not much else.

Would there be anyone able to help me with this thing? I do not have a manual .

Would anyone be able to scan in some or all of the manual?

If the orange light near the coin mech. is on, it means machine should be ready to vend. One thing that I have had happen that fits your symptoms is the sensor located on the kernel hopper gets unplugged, or the kernel level gets to low. If any of these two situations happen, machine will not vend. Not sure if it will lock out the coin/bill mech. Mine is in storage right now, so I would not be able verify anything for another month or two.
If someone has a PDF copy of manuals(s) I would like to have one too.

Aaron, I read your posts on the Rowe Hollywood popper vending machine. I recently picked up a new one, and have been trying to get it to pop a batch, but no luck so far. Just curious, the manual saya the factory set heat time is 4 min. I have it up to 9 mins. The Kerrnels are really hot, but they have yet to pop. Do you remember how long your popcorn machine takes to heat before it starts popping? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
