Not exactly any old 6116.
For one thing, it's CMOS. That means that it may be in a battery (or capcitor) powered situation, for saving settings or high scores. If so, it'll need to be replaced with a CMOS RAM, because they use very little power.
According to the datasheet, that PN is 300mils wide. 6116s are often 600 mils. You'll want to make sure the replacement will fit (unless the PCB is designed to allow either 300 or 600 mil devices.)
Finally, that's a high speed RAM. Access time of 35ns. Few 6116s are that fast. Not sure if it really HAS to be that fast for the application, but better safe than sorry; find a 35ns (or faster) RAM.
