Highest Quality Solder?

I have mostly used kester 44 .031 60/40. I suggest you stay away from the led free stuff.

I last bought from this guy. Maybe email him to see if he palns to sell more.

I personally like Kester and Alpha... and yes, definitely not lead free, and I really like the silver bearing solder (~2% silver).

The lead free has a tendency to crack and pull away from the board over time. There are a lot of issues with 90's TV's that had flbacks that started to delaminate from the board because of the lead free junk. I too really like Kester.
