I bought a Radikal Bikers off of SRW a few months back, and recently the monitor will turn off in the middle of a game. I was wondering if this is the high voltage cutoff I hear people talking about. What needs to be replaced on a monitor that does this, and how do I determine if that is what is happening?

"Typically" High Voltage shutdown is something that would happen immediately if there was a problem. (bad transistor, diode, etc) But it could be a failing capacitor which may only happen when warmed up.

I'm assuming it comes back on after a bit of a cool down period?

I would initially check the chassis for bad/cold solder joints that may be warming up and expanding, causing an open circuit.

What make/model monitor? (might be something common causing it)
