High Speed - question on lamp matrix and transistors

I've been working on a friend's High Speed pin off and on for a while now. I've got it down to only having 2 issues.

The first is that all lamps in row 2 of the lamp matrix are out. I've pushed into the connector (position 2 on 1J6) with a small flat tip screwdriver to make sure the harness isn't the issue. I will be reflowing solder on 1J6. The schematic shows a tip122 for Q81. are there any other components that might need to be looked at?

The 2nd are the left "blue" flashers under the playfield do not fire. I think I see that Q31 is responsible for these (sol 5). Does anyone know the value of Q31? I havent removed the board yet but want to have the parts next time I go over.

Thanks for any help.

Im also waiting on an answer to this one. I have column 2 out on my pinbot board (position 2 on IJ7). If I switch boards this column works, so I know its a board problem. I replaced the plug, reflowed the solder, checked the resistance in the TIP42, the sand resistor, and the 2N6427 after that, and got the same readings as the other items in each line. Im at a standstill as well.
