A friend of mine, with the machine powered on tried to tighten up a bulb under a pop bumper. Now, none of the pop bumper lights work as well as the upper left quadrant of lights that are always on. Everything else on the game works and there are no fuses blown. I do not know how to read the schematics and was wondering if it is in fact a driver that is bad in a case like this, where he held a screwdriver across both sides. If it is that, someone assist me in identifing the driver it is?
Thanks,
Gary

The schematics can be found here

Lower left corner of the power driver board are your GI light fuses. Pull and check with a meter. This really sounds like one is blown.
LTG :)

I checked all of the fuses in the backbox. All showed good with a meter. I did not take them out to check them, is there a reason to remove to check?

They have to be pulled to be checked properly.
