"High Score" The Documentary

You just need a proxy outside the UK to make it appear you're coming from America.

This. I live in St. Louis, MO and have a proxy server that is in London so I can stream the BBC broadcasts. I have access to several others here in the US that I use with my MLB.com account so I can live stream the St. Louis Cardinals games (they are blocked out for people in StL, even away games).

Brian.

I thought it was pretty funny. There were some embarassing moments (and not just for him but for most of us nerds who collect these games) but overall I thought it was pretty good. That guy's KLOV name is sk8god. He never posts here though. He never did get the record but someone else recently broke it.

I wonder whatever happened to the girlfriend in the documentary. She probably ran away screaming at some point...

Huge props to Jeremy mack

Well i wrote to the publishing company sharing my annoyance at not being able to watch this documentary, Next thing i know i get an e mail from the maker Jeremy Mack supplying me a link and password to watch it...............

I was blown away and very grateful, There are some great moments and people in the general gaming community so thank you Jeremy very much.

I liked it but i thought the main dude was a little strange, cant quite put my finger on it but he was a little ...Odd??

Anyways a great watch anything about vintage gaming is cool as hell with me

I've meet Bill in person twice now (twice? Can't remember) Anyways I talked with him for a while at the Kong Off II about gaming in general, and he was a completely awesome guy to hang out with, and was more than willing to share tips and tricks for Missile Command. Awesome guy!

He's got kind of a deadpan delivery, which I find very funny. I guess not everyone would get that. He showed a pic of himself holding a "PARTICIPANT" ribbon after the other dude got the record, which is also really funny and shows he is a great sport.

I have talked with Bill a few times as well both times at the NW arcade and pin show, he is a good guy. I played Missile Command with him both times I convinced him to play. It didn't take much convincing he is a really funny chain smoking hyper dude. He was playing the MC last year givinge some tips and the machine couldn't keep up, he broke it. After seeing me play he also politely told me there was no help for me haha. I think all of us the collect these games like previously said are a little different.

But he's into scores and competitive play....surely he can't also be a really nice guy....
