I am looking for a real good scan of the Taito Space invaders 3 board set. PVN00003 board.
The ones I found on the net are to faded for me to read right.
Mainly need the ROM board.

Something that is clear to read in the rom section of the board, where the strapping information is located. S1-S10.

Please.

I thank you Much. thats what I was looking for.

My issue is that the board I have is re-strapped for intel 2716's and I want to do a single rom 2764 hack to it.
My test rom works perfectly, but when I install the 2764 as per the instructions on this forum I get what appears to be a boot up then nothing but lines.

The S2 jumper looks wrong to me on my board. from what I get that "should be" A10, but mine reads +5 volts.
Here is where the strapping came from http://www.brentradio.com/taito_space_invaders_2708_to_2716_conversion.htm

OK, I was wrong, not S2.
It appears to me that I am missing the A10 signal on pin 19 of the ROM.
I traced it back a ways and it looks like it just stops, going nowhere.

Your Picture is Close to what I have but not exact, My board has many more traces and VIA's below the Green Caps. And in there is where my pin 19 loses itself.
As a test, I lifted leg 19 of my test prom and it still worked, so I guess that prom does not use anything addressed that high.

Your pic is a bit fuzzy (my bad eyes) but it looks like there is a A10 below S2?? Is that correct? According to your post that "should be" A10. So I should be able to make a jumper from that VIA to the trace that goes to pin 19 on the EEPROM (the side of S3).

That's possible. I've seen a lot of taito boards with slightly different part numbers that are probably different revisions. It wouldn't surprise me if there are slight differences.

Yes, stupid forum has size limits and allows only very-low resolution photos. Yes on mine A10 was available at that via. Test and prove it by tracing you way back toward the processor with your multimeter since you believe that your board is slightly different.

You can see in the final photo how I jumped S2 and S3 to achieve what you're describing.
