If I wasn't knee deep in parts costs of my own, I'd probably be snagging a couple 5101 adapters off of you.

I'm very interested in making batteries go away in my gameroom. I think Lindsey (PinForge) is the only one with a turnkey solution for 6116 replacement, so I'll be placing an order soon.
However...the STK12C68 is a drop-in replacement for the 6264, and I've ordered some recently for about $6 each (from China, so they'll take a while to get here). I'm just curious, is FeRAM (F-RAM) better than the Simtek "autostore" solution?
Sent a PM should I send an e-mail listed on the website instead?
Not a problem, just didn't know how you preferred to do business.Replied. Thanks for the support and sorry for the delay.
Simtek was bought by Cypress; most of the parts are obsolete but the datasheets are available here. I worked out the mapping from SRAM to Simtek parts:
6116 (2kx8) = STK22C48 - only available in SOIC
6264 (8kx8) = STK12C68, available in 9 DIP packages
62256 (32kx8) = STK14C88, available in 15 DIP packages
So I'll stand by my statement - you have the only drop-in replacement for the 6116.
I bought N=10 of the STK12C68 from a distributor in China (link) for $3.37 each ($6 each with shipping). I'll probably have some spares, so I'll post when I get them and can test them.
they don't have a STK25C48 replacement do they?
