Here's an NOS joystick you don't see everyday

it looks a bit different than a qber joystick to me...isnt the metal washer on top usually raised up so it sticks above the control panel? very similar though.

NOS doesn't mean dust free... Look at the contacts on the microswitches. No signs of solder being removed or scratches from quick disconnect terminals being put on or removed.

You can remove the microswitches and put new ones on... I'm not questioning that this one is NOS as the rest of it looks too nice, but if we're evaluating by microswitches, I have a ton of "NOS" joysticks I'm willing to sell you.
 
This is a 100% NOS joystick. I just got in a box of NOS Gottlieb parts.

He's a shot with the adaptor plate moved up and all the mounting holes with no screw/nut marks

ok, I figured it out.
The legs on the adaptor plate on this stick are maybe 1/8" to long.
I wonder if there were different adaptor plates made.
The model # on the plate is 22-0265
