Thanks everyone for there help on my past thread.
Well, bought a cap kit for the monitor board in my Final Fight game and paid someone to replace the caps in it, Unfortunately, the guy just replaced caps on the board that he thought were damaged.
After hooking it up and powering on, I'm getting these pics, The guy said its a problem with the final fight jamma board and says it needs to be replaced. He didnt have another board on hand to test it though.
I still think its a monitor issue. Before I go throw any more money into this. I kinda wanted a second opinion or third or fourth... Thanks for anyone's help! The pics are in pictured in order by how long the machine stays on, with the last one being about 5 mins.

My guess would be the board as well...the picture is there, just scrambled like a chip is bad.

The only way to be sure would to be try another board....

I agree with ddonaldson

generally scrambled pictures are a chip, or bad connection... use a pencil eraser on the JAMMA edge connector, and make sure all you other connections are solid.

Then, check all your chips on the board. I've had boards that have a single pin bent out of the socket.

If you have another JAMMA cab, just plug your board in to it.

Also, check the voltages on your power supply. That seems to be the number one thing to check when having problems.

I could be wrong, but the last one looks like losing sync after the monitor warms up to me. First two definitely indicate a board problem.

the image isn't repeating, though. If it were, I would agree.

The line in the middle is probably just from when he took the picture. Cameras can do that.

Thanks to everyone for their input. The first 2 are immediately after the machine warms up, the 3rd photo is what the image turns into and stays that way.
If your referring to the black line in the first 2 and the choppy black line in the last, that was there, not an issue with the camera.
