Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me identify what flavor of Wells-Gardner monitor this is?

It's a little different than any of the other 25" Wells-Gardner monitor boards I've had before, it doesn't have the factory modifications on the solder side, and it has the little P723 daughter board as well.

This came out of a Marvel Super Heroes game with a 25" CRT. The flyback was cracked (was arcing into the chassis frame), so I did a cap kit, and replaced the flyback and HOT. When I put the monitor board back in, it was acting like it wasn't getting a video signal. I turned up the screen control, and just got some raster lines. I put in a different (working) monitor board from a K7193, and it looked fine, so I know that the logic boards and the tube itself are working ok.

Thanks!
Dave

It looks like a K7000 to me... if you're asking which K7000 model specifically, I don't know, though it generally doesn't matter.

If there is a big black filter cap behind that metal heatsink wall in the back right, then it a K7000.

If there is a big transformer with a yellow top behind that metal heatsink wall, then it is a K7201...

Thanks, it's a big black cap, so it must be a K7000. Any ideas on what the board labelled
"P723" does (its plugged into the main chassis board)? It's not listed in any of the K7000 manuals that I have, and none of my other chassis have this exact same configuration.

Any additional thoughts on the problem that this chassis has, and where to best start?

Thanks everyone!

That's a pincushion-adjust board.

If you're getting raster lines, you SHOULD be getting video. Check the video input pins and trace it all the way to the socket...
