Help with SW Trilogy upright joystick pinout

Bought a Happ controls Trigger Stick for my SW Trilogy which didn't originally have a controller and the connector on the end is an AMP. My connector to the boardsetr has a Molex connector with less pins. Does someone have a Star Wars Trilogy that can look at their configuration and tell me how the wires are wired from their molex connector at the end of their joystick wire whip to the pots and little amplifier board on the stick?
 
Hopefully someone else will chime in and help.

I'm not sure what you mean by AMP connector, but this is my happ joystick to game board (or metal cage) connection pinout.

More info:

I'll number the molex with the ground in upper left corner. So, like this:

1 2 3

4 5 6

7 8 9

10 11 12

Molex pinout:

1-Ground
2-Black wire from center of joystick (out of the little metal tube)
3-Empty
4-Empty
5-Pin 1 from joystick pcb connector @ J1
6-Pin 2 from joystick pcb connector @ J1
7-Left leg of "X"/Horizontal gear (when legs oriented downward)
8-White wire from center of joystick (out of the little metal tube)
9-Red wire from center of joystick (out of the little metal tube)
10-Right leg of "Y"/Vertical gear (when legs oriented downward)
11-Right leg of "X"/Horizontal gear (when legs oriented downward)
12-Left leg of "Y"/Vertical gear (when legs oriented downward)

Joystick pcb connector @ J1:
pin
(for pins 1 and 2, see pins 5 and 6 above)
3-Middle leg of "X"/Horizontal gear
4-Middle leg of "Y"/Vertical gear
5-KEY
6-Left leg of "Y"/Vertical gear
7-Right leg of "Y"/Vertical gear

*Note that both the left and right legs of the "Y"/Vertical gear have wires going to them AND off of them to the molex. The middle leg of the "Y"/Vertical gear, and all 3 legs of the "X"/Horizontal gear only have 1 wire going to them.
