Can anyone tell me how this Missile Command bezel is supposed to go together? I can't get a square out of this for anything. Am I missing a piece? Will it "square" itself out when popped into the cab? Thanks.

Looks just like the ones I just made for my centipedes. Just line up one of the sides and attach the tape (just like you have it layed out), then the second you have to twist it a little to get it to line up but it should form to shape if you line them up with each side. Hard to explain, I can post pics of mine tomorrow if you need them.

This is linked to Arcadeshop, but should show you:

and that's Centipede, which is similar, yet shaped a bit differently. Gently bend the razor scored lines, as needed, but not back and forth, which will eventually fatigue the material and split it. You don't have to bend it much for it to fall into shape.

I got it! Thanks, Joey! Now, how do I install it? I don't want to bend the bezel.

Glad to see you got it figured out, forgot about this and never got you pics, sorry.
I just used some double stick tape to hold my centipede in place. The staples in the original scratched the print off the bezel glass.

Looking at your pic, hard to tell but the flap on the bottom right corner looks like it is on the outside, not the back??

If you use staples cut a small strip of black duct tape, like Gorilla tape, and fold it over on itself so that it is stuck to itself and then staple through that. If you have to remove the staples then you have less chance of tearing the cardboard because it's backed with the tape. I typically cut the staple with a flush cutter and pull them out to lessen the damage.
