Hey guys got a Nanao 25" not sure exactly what model but It has a molex connector with two red wires coming out of it. Never seen this extra connection on any other monitor. Can anybody tell me what these two red wires need to be wired to?

The molex in the back with two black wires is the AC power IN and the RGB, Ground, Sync inputs are located in the front of the chassis.

No idea what these two red wires are please help!

The molex infront of it with the black and white wires is for the degauss coil around the monitor. You thinking the red wires go to a switch to degaus?

could be, but dont try it without some expert confirmation just in case

maybe a shot of chassis, model number off chassis might help?

Did some research and found out it is a Nanao MS8-26SU.

You were right that molex and two red wires goes to a degauss switch for manual degauss. I also solved my monitor issue by switching the resolution from High to Low. The Naomi is now displaying nice with the dipswitch on 1, I wonder if I switch the dispswitch off the naomi for high res if it would output high res from the jamma I/O?

well dipswitch 1 is either STD or HIGH RES output, doesnt matter if it goes thru JAMMA IO, JVS IO or direct into a monitor, its still the same output, I have this monitor cable sitting here for you still, and waiting on a pic of that analog connector in case I have one and can throw in same envelope

You're right. High res doesnt work with this monitor though I just tried. Even though it says "High" on the chassis, it's actually Medium res. Anyway I'm happy with Low res working it still looks very good.

Gonna send you that pic in a sec

Thanks again
