Hey, I recently got my hands on a ms pacman cabinet and have been working my way through repairing it. I've managed to solve most of the problems so far (when I bought it it wouldn't turn on) but have now hit a point where I don't know what to do next. Right now it boots up, plays fine, everything works, but the screen is messed up in a few ways (none of which I was able to match up to descriptions in any of the repair guides or the lawnmowerman page or anything else). any help at all would be appreciated!

this is what the attract screen looks like. lots of red "1"s flashing around, the right side is more static than the rest but still kinda flashing.

this is the game board itself. its a bit hard to describe, but almost like black vertical dashed lines? it blinks black and blue, except on the right inch or so where it only blinks black.

this is the last screen of the self test mode. all "F"s, you can kinda see the writing but its not legible at all.

I sorta jumped into this with both feet so any help at all would be appreciated. Chips to check, chips to replace, links, guides, anything you can throw at me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check the VRAM Addresser module for bent pins or a bad socket. Beyond that, check for bad chips on it.
