Hey guys,
Just thought I'd throw this out there and see if someone knew what the problem was and what I needed before trying to mess with it myself. I got this game months ago...plays nice, but the joystick is really floppy. You can see the "play" in it in the first pics. What do I need to replace/fix to tighten this puppy up?

Is there some sort of bushing I need, or screw I should tighten? Nothing obvious seems loose. I'm hoping it's just an easily replaceable part.
Thanks!

don't know for sure as I've yet to take mine apart but I do know RAM controls did repro parts for this stick. Those may be the answer to rebuilding this.

Yep. There are a couple of possible things that have worn and Ram Controls has the replacements. The parts most likely to need replacing are on this page (Assault Joystick): http://www.ram-controls.com/order-as.html. I need to get a rebuild kit and an actuator to rebuild one of the Xybots controllers.
