My Galaga started acting up. The scores and remainder ships were missing from the screen and a dot formation was there. I tested my voltage at the board and it was 4.7DCV. I ordered a PCB and PS cap kit from Bob and after it was installed, this is what I got. I have reflowed all of the solder joints and have not made any head way. Searchs come up with nothing with this code, so I would like some help if anyone can.

Thanks,
Randel

You look at arcadeshop.com ?? He's got a decent amount of Galaga info on there.

They're probably gonna tell you to check the power supply and reseat chips. or you can go hardcore and put this kit in: http://www.arcadecomponents.com/catalog/item/6799687/7841050.htm

I can tell you this is a great kit and I recomend it if you have a Galaga board set. I have repaired many video boards with this simple kit, The cpu boards I am still working on. If you have the flat resistor packs, Don't wait Call NOW!
I have ordered many of them kits and use some of the parts left over for the Ms. Pac-man board. Again the crummy resistor packs. If you have don't have the flat resistor packs then you might just want to replace the sockets.

I have tried to order parts from other places and you really have to know the parts are and what you are ordering. You will NOT get what you want, trust me.

Get the kit, put it in, and increase the value of the more reliable board set!
