Hey All,

I want to install a 19" computer monitor in a cocktail cabinet. The computer monitor does not have its grey colored outside "shell", its just the monitor. I have tested the monitor and it works great..

I noticed that the holes on the monitor bracket that is currently in the cocktail table don't match up with the holes on the computer monitor. The computer monitor's holes are shorter too...hope that makes sense?

Anyway, does anyone make a monitor bracket that I can put in the cocktail table and then just "drop" in the 19" computer monitor and tighten it down...just like you would with a regular CRT arcade monitor and bracket...

The computer monitor is a CRT too...not an LCD...

Any ideas??

Thanks!

Jess

Hmmmm..

Dylan,

Thanks for the reply...

Took a look at the pics..don't think that will work because its a cocktail cab and I would have to drill into the sides or something...

Can't believe, with so many people having to use LCD's and computer monitors that no one built a bracket mount for these...shoot, if I was handy enough with metal maybe I could and make some money...LOL...

I will have to figure out something...sheesh..pain in the arse..but the guy I am making the cabinet for wants his 19" computer monitor in it...

Thanks again!

I mounted a computer monitor in a Ms Pacman style cocktail.

Hope that helps.

If it is something other than a Midway style cocktail, then it may require something different, but the concept should be the same. You set the monitor on it's back, get the correct height, then brace it in place with lumber and "creative engineering".

Good luck.

See what I can do..

Thanks! I will see what I can do...I appreciate all the suggestions!
