Hi all -
Just discovered this forum - looks like a great source of info!
My question is regarding my Ms. Pac Man upright - all original. I had to move the game recently (just across the room) and when I finally got it settled and turned it on, I got a "bad w ram" message on the screen (it flickers on and off, toward the top left-hand side of the screen. I'm thinking this error is a result of something jostling loose as the game has worked flawlessly for years.
I've done some research on this, and I have all the manuals, but what wasn't clear to me is this - when I've determined the location of the right board, can I just remove and then reseat it? Is the ram board on the main logic board? I guess, looking at the back of the game with the door off, I just need help orienting myself so i can find the right board.
Also, if I find that I can't clear the error, is this something that I can purchase?
Thanks in advance for the help -
Rich
