Honestly no idea what kind of software is out there, but I imagine there's lots, probably with customizable skins and interfaces. With the buttons already there, add a JAMMA harness and a keywiz, and you could easily make them work for next track, last track, fast forward, rewind, random, volume up/down/mute, etc.

Actually, you'll need at least a JPAC plus soft15khz if that monitor is low res.
