So I am installing a GPE Rectifier Board on this power supply and I noticed some melted plastic on the transformer. Should I be concerned?

I connected my meter (in continuity mode) to lug #1 and I get tone on all the bottom pins 3,5,7,9,11 It is set for 115v mode, my power reads as 115v not 120v.

Thanks to Ed from GPE my Quicksilver is working (mostly)! His replacement bridge rectifier board is really nice and a snap to install!!! It is actually working better than it was when I got it before it died. The feature lights are working now too. The flippers still don't work unless the solenoids are directly connected to the flipper switches, I think that might be the flipper disable relay or something else in that circuit. Also the ball/credit display doesn't work at all, and the player 4 display displays everything on the second to the left digit, as if there is a bad shift register in there. I still have a lot of work to do, but it is great to have this working again!
