I purchased a Rowe Ami R87 juke box a few months ago. It was dirty and smoke stained when we got it. So we opened it up , cleaned inside completly including new labels and records. Looks great now. I changed needle and when I went to try out no sound came out at all! Checked everything and nothing. Both plugs on power supply have juice, but when I plugged into service plug sound comes on and plays fine. Will it hurt to leave plugged into service outlet or should I get another one. If so then where the best place to buy from and how much? Thanks!

Hmm...
Must be the labels and records, try swapping them out.
Just kidding!

I'm not sure I understand your problem. You said:

What did you plug into the service plug? The amp? If so then No, I don't think it'll do any damage. Most Rowe machines have one switched outlet and one constant on outlet. The result is your amp is powered at all times, even when the machine was switched off. It was actually common practice to swap plugs so the amp would power off with the machine. If it "plays fine" then leave it.
